Apollo Global Management ($APO) shares rose nearly 6% pre-bell Monday after announcing a partnership with Santander ($SAN.ES) for a $370 million investment in infrastructure financing.

Commodities Front-month US West Texas Intermediate crude oil fell 1.3% to $68.09 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
